Terry Casstevens

Programmer analyst (Genomics)

Terry Casstevens is a software developer in the Buckler Lab at Cornell University, focusing on the TASSEL software including the Practical Haplotype Graph (PHG). Casstevens received a BS and MS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and started working with Dr. Buckler at North Carolina State University in 2001. Prior to Cornell, he worked at Nortel Networks and IBM.

Casstevens also helps provide JupyterHub resources and hands-on education for the ILCI community.
