About the Fellow
Karter Couser has a passion for tackling environmental justice issues and creating programs to improve food access. She comes from this position as a graduate agricultural research student from Virginia State University. Karter completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Virginia Union University and will hold a master’s degree in biology from Virginia State University.
